Blackburn College Earns SLIAC Team Sportsmanship Award

BELLEVILLE, IL -- For just the second time in school history, Blackburn College claimed the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Team Sportsmanship Award. The award, which was first presented in 2011, is given to the school that receives the most points in sportsmanship voting throughout the school year.

Blackburn finished the year with 17 points, receiving votes in 10 conference sports. They won the individual team sportsmanship award in both Women's Soccer and Men's Outdoor Track and Field. The only other time the school won the annual award was in the 2022-23 academic year.
