Blackburn Defeats Greenville in Spring Season Opener

SAYBROOK, IL -- The Blackburn College Men's Golf team opened their 2026 spring season with a 301-353 victory over Greenville College. 

Senior Kevin Hall led the Beavers with a score of 68 to lead all golfers. 

Senior Jacob Sauvage was second overall with a 76 while freshman Talon Horton posted a 78 for third. 

Sophomore Jordan Williams posted a 79. 

The Beavers took the top three performances and also tied for fourth. 

Blackburn returns to action Monday and Tuesday to compete in the Dan Salisbury Memorial Invite hosted at the Red Tail Run Golf Course in Decatur, IL.
