Bio
Aidan Posada enters his first season with the Blackburn College men's soccer team.
Posada comes to Blackburn from Hesston College where he served as an assistant coach for the 2025 season. During his year at Hesston, he helped the team reach its first NAIA postseason appearance, achieve its best record since 2016 and earn the #3 seed in the CAC Tournament. Five players earned All-Conference honors while one also earned All-Tournament Team. Prior to working at Hesston, he worked with the Aspire Futbol Club in Houston, Texas where he supported player development and session delivery within Texas 2 and MLS NEXT environments, reinforcing technical standards and tactical awareness.
In addition to collegiate coaching, Posada is the owner and operator of Apos Elite Football Academy, a supplemental training program working with collegiate and elite youth players focused on technical and positional development.
