Blackburn Competes in Bradley Intercollegiate Championships
PEORIA, IL -- The Blackburn College Men's Cross Country team competed in the Bradley Intercollegiate Championships Friday evening and competed in a field of 11 teams ranging from all levels of collegiate athletics.
PEORIA, IL -- The Blackburn College Men's Cross Country team competed in the Bradley Intercollegiate Championships Friday evening and competed in a field of 11 teams ranging from all levels of collegiate athletics.
Sam Burrows led the way for Blackburn with a time of 31:27.60. Freshman Scotty Cuff was next in 35:10.50 with Christian Miller, 37:33.40, coming in third for BC.
Senior Ulises Espinoza came in right behind Miller in 37:55.00. Rounding out the top five finishers for the Beavers was senior Kobe Patton, who posted a time of 41:50.40. Also running for Blackburn was Collyn Oberkfell and Marco Nova.
The Beavers enjoy time away from competition before heading to Principia College on October 9.
