Beavers Defeat Fontbonne, Westminster In Women's Golf

STAUNTON, IL -- Blackburn College Women's Golf picked up victory when the team defeated Fontbonne University and Westminster College on a rainy Monday. 

Junior Caidy Tuetken led the Beavers with a round of 82. Freshman Grace LeMarr was next with a 90 while junior Alison Woolard tallied a 92. 

Senior Keeleigh Pilcher and sophomore Rylee Lovelace round out the team. 

Blackburn shot 370 as a team which bested both Fontbonne's 406, and Westminster's 468. 

The team returns to action on September 30 to compete in the Country Club Classic in Jacksonville, Illinois.
